Induction furnace working equipment
Induction industrial furnaces can be divided into two types: core and coreless. Cored induction furnaces are rarely used in steelmaking and will not be introduced here. For coreless induction furnaces, induction furnaces can usually be divided into three types according to the frequency of power supply: power frequency furnaces (frequency 50 or 60Hz), which are directly connected to the power grid through transformers and are mainly used for smelting cast iron; High-frequency furnace (frequency 10KHz ~ 300KHz), using high-frequency tube oscillator as power supply, is mainly used for small laboratory research; Medium frequency furnace (frequency 150Hz ~ 10000Hz), the power supply used is medium frequency generator set, triple frequency converter or thyristor static frequency converter.
The medium frequency induction furnace of our company can be divided into induction melting furnace and induction heating furnace, The complete equipment includes: power supply and electrical control part, furnace body part, transmission device, and water cooling system.
