Main applications

Principle: The larger the diameter of the workpiece, the lower the frequency should be. (Select the appropriate power according to production efficiency. The greater the power, the faster the speed). For example: Φ20 and above medium frequency (1-20KHZ) 5-20, high frequency (20-100KHZ)
5 and below ultra-high frequency (100-500KHZ) about heat treatment. Application range: shafts, gears, sprockets, machine tool guide rail accessories, metal wire annealing, hydraulic accessories, auto parts, knives, shears, stainless steel pot annealing, etc.
Principle: The shallower the hardened layer of the workpiece, the higher the frequency should be. (Combined with the shape of the workpiece, quenching method, quenching hardness, hardened layer requirements and materials, etc.) For example:
1mm and below, ultra-high frequency 100-700KHZ
1-2.5mm, supersonic frequency 20-100KHZ
2.5mm and above, medium frequency 1-20KHZ
Brazing. Application range: brazing bits, turning tools, reamers, milling cutters, drill bits, etc. and composite welding of different materials on the bottom of stainless steel pots.
Principle: The larger the welding volume, the lower the frequency should be. (Depending on the specific workpiece shape, material, solder, etc.)
For tools with a volume less than 30*30*30, high frequency can be used for smelting. Application range: precious metals such as gold, silver, copper, and lead. (Depending on the specific melting furnace and production efficiency).
