Industrial aluminum melting furnace
Tower aluminum melting furnace is a type of aluminum melting furnace.
Structural features – Its furnace body is shaped like a tower and has a relatively high furnace. This structure allows the aluminum material to have sufficient space to melt in the furnace, and the heat distribution is relatively uniform. There is a special feeding device inside. The aluminum material is added from the top and gradually falls under its own gravity. It is heated and melted during the falling process. The furnace body is divided into a melting zone and a heat preservation zone, which can achieve melting and heat preservation while discharging aluminum liquid, with a high degree of integration. The maximum capacity can generally reach 5 tons. Working principle – Mainly utilize the heat generated by the combustion of fuel (such as natural gas, coal gas, etc.). After the burner sprays the fuel into the furnace, the flame directly heats the aluminum material. Heat exchange is mainly carried out by radiation and convection. The high-temperature flame and flue gas transfer heat to the aluminum material, raising its temperature until it melts industrial aluminum melting furnace. Advantages – High melting efficiency: The reasonable furnace structure allows the heat to be fully absorbed by the aluminum material, which helps to melt quickly. – Accurate temperature control: The advanced temperature control system can control the temperature in the furnace more accurately, which is very important for ensuring the quality of aluminum liquid.
– High degree of automation: Many tower aluminum melting furnaces can realize automatic feeding, temperature control and other operations, saving manpower and improving the stability of the production process.
