The medium frequency induction heating furnace consists of medium frequency power supply, medium frequency electric furnace body, furnace front control and other parts. The medium frequency power supply is a thyristor medium frequency power supply that converts three-phase industrial frequency AC into DC through a rectifier circuit, and then outputs single-phase medium frequency AC through an inverter circuit to supply the medium frequency induction furnace. Then, using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the workpiece is placed in an alternating magnetic field to generate eddy currents and generate heat to meet the requirements of melting and smelting. At present: the medium frequency induction heating furnace includes 1 ton medium frequency induction heating furnace, 3 ton medium frequency induction heating furnace, 3 ton medium frequency induction heating furnace, and the maximum tonnage is 40 tons medium frequency induction heating furnace

1. Complete equipment protection

The whole machine is equipped with water temperature, water pressure, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, voltage limit/current limit, start-up overcurrent, constant current and buffer start, so that the equipment starts smoothly, the protection is reliable and rapid, and the operation is stable;
