Structure composition of aluminum ingot line
1. Aluminum ingots (falling ingot) front line.
The aluminum ingots front line is mainly used for receiving ingots, examining ingots, and putting ingots. In front of the aluminum ingots, there is a swing ingot mechanism on the line. In the position of the ingot, there is a pneumatic blocking mechanism to facilitate the work of the stacking robot. The main features are as follows:
1). Drive power: 1.5kw.
2). Height of front conveyor line: 900~1000mm.
3). Front line length: 5m.
4). Continuous operation mode.
2. Feet ingot conveyor line of the aluminum ingot.
The feet ingot line is used for the conveying and positioning of the feet ingot, which is composed of the feet ingot transmitting cylinder (or motor) and the photoelectric switch.
3. Aluminum ingot transfer (air ingot) rear line.
Aluminum ingot transfer backlines are used for the movement and cooling of aluminum ingots, which are composed of racks, chains, chain plates, chain transmission systems, and control systems. The length of the rear conveyor line can be used to place aluminum ingots produced by aluminum water in the whole furnace so that the aluminum ingots can be cooled naturally in the rear conveyor line to meet the packaging conditions. The main features are as follows:
1). Drive power: 2.2kw.
2). Transmission chain type: plate chain.
3). Height of rear conveyor line: ~600mm.
4). Length of rear conveyor line: about 17m.
5). Online stacking space: 1000mm.
