Tower type aluminum melting furnace
The circular fixed aluminum melting furnace is mainly used to melt aluminum and aluminum alloys.
In terms of structure, its furnace body is circular. This shape makes the heat field distribution in the furnace more uniform, which helps the aluminum material to be heated evenly. The furnace body is fixed and usually wrapped with good insulation materials on the outside, which can effectively reduce heat loss. It includes a furnace lining, which is generally made of refractory materials, can withstand high temperatures and resist the erosion of aluminum liquid. The working principle is to generate heat by burning fuel (such as natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.) through a burner. The flame and hot flue gas generated by the combustion directly act on the aluminum material in the furnace, and transfer the heat to the aluminum material by radiation and convection, so that the temperature of the aluminum material increases and then melts induction furnace cooling system.
This aluminum melting furnace has many advantages. Its thermal efficiency is high, because the heat distribution is uniform, which reduces the heat loss caused by local overheating; during the melting process, it can ensure the stability of the quality of aluminum liquid, which is very important for the processing of high-quality aluminum liquid; and its operation is relatively simple and easy to maintain. It is widely used in small aluminum processing enterprises and some places with high requirements for molten aluminum quality. Disadvantages: Due to its circular structure, the furnace door is set along the tangent direction, and there may be dead corners when slag is removed and cleaned, which is not conducive to slag cleaning.
